Abstract

Annotatsiya. Tezisda siydik yo‘llari infeksiyalari bilan og‘rigan bemorlardan ajratilgan 238 ta bakteriya shtammining tur tarkibi va antibiotiklarga sezuvchanligini o‘rganish natijalari keltirilgan. Asosiy qo‘zg‘atuvchi Escherichia coli (58,4%) bo‘lib, uning shtammlarining 36,7% i kengaytirilgan spektrli beta-laktamazalar (KSBL) produtsenti ekanligi aniqlandi.
