Abstract
Maqsad. Tajribaviy surunkali stress holatida oq laboratoriya kalamushlari me’dasining anatomo-topografik, organometrik va gistologik o‘zgarishlarini dinamikada o‘rganish.
Material va metodlar. Tajriba 120 ta oq laboratoriya kalamushida o‘tkazildi. Hayvonlar ikki guruhga ajratildi: nazorat guruhi (n=70) va labirint qafaslarda surunkali stress modellashtirilgan tajriba guruhi (n=50). Hayvonlar tajribaning 3, 7, 14, 21 va 30-kunlarida efir narkozi ostida eytanaziya qilindi. Organometrik (me’da uzunligi, kengligi, devor qalinligi, massasi), gistologik (gematoksilin-eozin va Van-Gizon bo‘yoqlari) va morfometrik usullar qo‘llanildi.
Natijalar. Stress ta’sirida me’daning nisbiy massasi va devor qalinligi dastlabki 7 kunda ortib, keyinchalik pasaydi. Shilliq qavat qalinligi 14-kunga kelib nazoratga nisbatan sezilarli kamaydi. Eroziyalar soni 7-kunda eng yuqori cho‘qqiga chiqdi. Parietal hujayralar zichligi kamayib, shilliq osti qavatida biriktiruvchi to‘qima tolalari ko‘paydi.
Xulosa. Surunkali stress me’da devorida bosqichma-bosqich rivojlanadigan morfofunksional o‘zgarishlarni keltirib chiqaradi. Bu o‘zgarishlar dastlabki alteratsiya, keyin kompensator-moslashuv va so‘ngra subatrofik bosqichlardan iborat.
